One bug for the mod reports that dead spiders that are hand-placed are still the original models, which isn't great if someone using the mod isn't expecting to see it. Though the mod works, it's still a work in progress, with a couple of bugs preventing it from perfection. However, it's good that players have been able to mod it into the game so fast. For example, Grounded featured an arachnophobia mode which was lauded as a huge step forward for accessibility. This feature perhaps should have come default with the game. While the mod might take some players out of the experience for a moment, for many this would be much better than the alternative.

This could be perfect for players with a phobia of spiders. While it doesn't remove the spider's mechanics, such as attacking the players, it removes the visual element from the game. The mod is relatively simple, as it turns all the spiders in the game into plain boxes.
